Here are few things that my portfolio won't tell you.
I am a Politic fan. The kind that could even propose its candadacy to the next election of the deputy in France.
I am also an advertising teacher in a Franch Business School in London, l'INSEEC.
But most of all, I am a food and wine lover.
The best thing I have ever wrote in my life are probably this and this.
The kind of writing pieces in which each line would worth a novel.
I opened 1 year ago La Réserve des Initiés, a french restaurant, with 2 of my best mates.
I am one of the owner, and the CSO / CMO of the restaurant.
The concept, originally made to be in London, has finally grew in the East of Paris.
The idea was quite simple. Gather all our friends and ask them to share the products they loved the most...
"Just taste this red wine I've just found in the south of France"
"I am not kidding, the guy makes his sausage from rabbit flesh and it taste sooooo good"
"Dude, I have found the most unbelievable honey you'll ever taste in your entire life"
"It reminds me a black pear that my grand father's best friends was used to cook in tart"
When it comes to food in France, anyone has hidden gems to share.
And we made a restaurant from that.
From this joy to find the products that will please as much the palates of our guest as the ego of the one who found it.
The menu change everyday, the product are fresh and comes directly from the tiny producers we found.
We do not trust in bio labels, AOC, or certifications. We only ask from our producer dedication and love.
If the product tastes good, well... the product tastes good.
And it worked.
After one year, the restaurant is full most of the time.
The chef is incredible and we have probably one of the best price quality wine list in Paris.
The reviews speak for ourselves and food critics have just started to write about us.
